By signing up for a course offered by Weekend UX Institute, you consent to the following terms and conditions (referred to as the "Terms and conditions of enrolment").
In these terms and conditions, "we," "us," or "our" refers to the Weekend UX Institute.

Your declaration
When you sign up for one of our training programs, you

Recognize that it is your responsibility to ensure that the personal data you provide to us is kept accurate. Any changes to your name, address, email address, mobile number, payment options, or financial information must be sent to us as soon as possible together with any relevant paperwork.
Accept to maintain your current email address so that we can communicate with you formally via email and to reach you throughout your training course.
Change of Course
You must notify your application letter in advance if you want to change your training program. Demands for training course modifications may only be granted for an upgrade; requests for downgrades will not be granted. Depending on the program selected, additional costs may be incurred.
Code of Conduct
The Weekend UX Institute Code of Principles provides trainees enrolled in our training courses with a clear knowledge of the expectations and responsibilities we have for their personal and academic behaviour. These rules must be followed by all trainees during their participation. Any inappropriate, obscene, hurtful, or offensive conduct against any individual within the institute will undoubtedly be reported to your guardian.
Withdrawal and refunds policy
The cost of the course is completely non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable.
Modules that have already been delivered are not refundable. Unless you have paid a fee for an extension, your enrolment expires without compensation if you do not complete the training course within the required duration. Program modifications will not result in the reimbursement of training course expenses.
Payment Terms
By signing up for a training session with us, you
Verify that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to pay the necessary costs for your training course.
If you are less than eighteen, confirm that you have sent your parental approval form, which includes their consent to the course cost arrangements.
If you don't pay the entire course price by the deadline, we reserve the right to
Limit access to our online learning environment and institute
Refrain from marking assessments and issuing certifications or accomplishment statements for incomplete work.
Report your default to the appropriate credit agencies.
If you're making instalment payments for your course cost, you
Use of a valid bank account or debit/credit card is required.
A Straight Debit Request Service Agreement must be approved.
All such fee instalments must be paid on or before the due dates; if the course charge is paid after the due date, there will undoubtedly be a late fee.
If you finish your training course early, you will still be accountable for any overdue instalments.

You won't be eligible to get a declaration of accomplishment for a module until you have paid the full course price associated with that module.

Language and Literacy
Trainees that have trouble with fundamental literacy, English language or various other areas of learning are asked to recommend us of this at the time of registration. We might manage to offer absolute support or refer the trainee to the ideal agency on a charge borne by the trainee.

Your enrolment may be cancelled if we determine that you are not meeting these standards, which could result in the loss of payments.

Our obligation

We may occasionally make adjustments to our policies and processes, your training course (which includes modules, learning materials, and an assessment process), and our course cost schedule.
